Tides Reach, Perranporth
The construction of tides reach was never going to be easy due to it being built in a sand dune. Emrose construction took it on head first and delivered an exceptional property to add to our portfolio. The finishing through out the property was of such a high standard throughout. They were able to overcome all of the challenges and requests that we threw at them and delivered on every occasion.

Bill and his team constructed our 270m2 farmhouse near Truro in late 2023/early 2024 and we couldn’t be more pleased with the speed and quality of the build as well as the team working on it. From the outset in reviewing plans and budgets as well as discussing potential suppliers we felt everything was well considered and under control.
Every member of the regular team on the build was punctual, dedicated, hardworking, neat and had great attention to detail in all their work. Every day we would turn up to be surprised by what had been completed and if there were any potential issues, which was rare, they were always quick to come up with working solutions to discuss openly with us. Bill also had a great team of regular subcontractors; plumbers, electricians, plasterers and stonemasons whose quality of work was outstanding and we felt at ease when discussing options and products with them.
Flexible in their approach to working around deadlines, deliveries and external service providers we always felt confident that the build was on track. We could not recommend Emrose Construction more highly and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
